Nachar

Privacy policy

This policy explains what Nachar Marketing collects when you use this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request an audit or download a guide, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number (if given), business name, website, goals, budget range, timeline and anything you tell us about your business. We also record which page and campaign brought you here (UTM tags and referring site), and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to block spam. We never store your raw IP address.

While you fill in the audit form, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. They're cleared once you send the form.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. When you send a form, we also tell Meta about it from our server so we can measure which ads work. Your email, phone and name are hashed (scrambled one way) before they leave our server. If you decline, none of this happens and these tools aren't loaded.

To pre-fill the phone country code on the audit form, our server estimates your country from your IP address using a local copy of the GeoLite2 database (this product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, maxmind.com). Your IP isn't sent anywhere else for this and isn't stored.

How we use it

To prepare your audit, contact you the way you asked, send what you requested, and improve our marketing. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site and our follow-up: hosting (Render), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and if you accepted cookies, Google and Meta. We may also pass your details to our CRM or team tools so we can follow up.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to follow up and work with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Email hello@nacharmarketing.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop hearing from us.
